Press Fn + ⌃ on the call. Koi writes down your microphone as You and the Mac's sound as Them, on your Mac. Stop it and the notes become a page.

No. Koi listens on your Mac, and the audio and video never leave it. Tell the people on the call you're recording: in many places that's the law.

Yes, if you want it to. When a recorded call ends, Koi writes a title, a short summary and your to-dos, as checkboxes at the top of the page. The first time, it asks “Summarize this call?” To change your answer, switch “Summarize my recorded calls” in Settings, under Talking with Koi. Only the transcript's words go to Koi's AI, nothing is kept on the server, and it counts as Koi usage. With it off, nothing from a recorded call leaves your Mac.

Yes, and it's only an email address: a code sent to it, or Google. No password.

In the app: Settings, Billing. Change plan is there, and Manage has your card, invoices and cancelling.

Sign in on it with the same email. Your plan works on every Mac.
