How to change the keys, voice, dock and clock

Almost everything in Koi is a setting: the keys in Settings, Shortcuts, the voice and clock in Preferences, and each of Koi's powers under Koi.

By Irakli, founder ·

How to do it

  1. Settings, Shortcuts: change the keys to dictate, talk with Koi, record, search your documents and make a new one.
  2. Settings, Preferences: pick Koi's voice (each plays a sample) and a 12 or 24 hour clock.
  3. Drag Koi's tab to any edge of the screen to move the dock there. Hover its far end to put it back.
  4. Settings, Koi: turn any power off, like seeing the screen, using your Mac or memory.

Worth knowing

  • Or just ask: "use a 24-hour clock".
  • Settings, Dictation picks the speech model: Small built in, Base and Large v3 Turbo a download away.
