How to use the calendar

Koi's calendar opens from the dock's Calendar button. Add things by clicking or by voice, and connect Google or Apple calendars to see them all in one week.

By Irakli, founder ·

How to do it

  1. Click Calendar on the dock. Switch between the week and the month.
  2. Click an empty hour, double click a day, or click New to add something.
  3. Or tap Fn + ⌘ and say "remind me to call mum at six" or "put the investor call in Friday at 3pm".
  4. To connect, open Settings, Connections, and add Google Calendar (as many accounts as you like), Apple Calendar or Apple Reminders.

Worth knowing

  • Reminders show in the dock with Open and Snooze, not in macOS notifications.
  • Add guests to a Google event and Google emails the invitations, with a Meet link.
  • The hours zoom with a pinch, ⌘+ and ⌘-.
  • Koi's own calendar stays on your Mac.
