How to dictate in any app
Tap the dictation keys, talk, and Koi types where your cursor is, in any Mac app. Voice commands, offline use, languages and how to stop, step by step.

How to do it
- Hover the notch, open Tools and click Glass wallpaper. It opens on Aurora, one of Koi's five photos.
- Under Photo, pick one of Koi's photos (the first time, it downloads, with a ring that fills), or the last tile for one of your own. You can also drop a picture on the preview.
- Under Recipes, pick a look to start from: Classic Flutes, Tidal, Soft Lens, Rain or Tiles.
- Tune it if you like: Grid (the shape of the ribs), Refraction (how the glass bends the photo), Fit, and the Size, Distortion and Angle sliders. The preview shows it as your main screen will.
- Click Set as wallpaper. It goes on every screen, at each screen's full resolution.

Worth knowing
- Save current keeps your own look among the Recipes; delete it the same way.
- Add to wheel puts what's on screen on your desktop's Shift wheel: tap Shift over the desktop, then Wallpaper, hover one to try it and click to keep it. Your wheel, in the same window, takes one off or brings back Koi's seven.
- Export image… saves it as a picture. Copy recipe puts the settings on the clipboard to share, and Paste recipe uses one someone sent you.
- It's all made on your Mac. Your own photo is never sent anywhere; Koi's photos are downloaded from koiscribe.com the first time you pick one.
