All from wisprflow.ai/pricing, checked October 16, 2026, in US dollars. Yearly billing is listed as 20% off. There's no lifetime plan and no one-time price. We make Koi, a Mac dictation app that comes up once below, so read that part with that in mind.
Growth
Both, and the page doesn't make it obvious. Growth shows two prices side by side, $23 and $33 a user a month, or $18 and $26 billed yearly. They're one plan with a switch under it labelled Unlimited Notetaker access: $23 without it, $33 with it. The page's comparison table backs that reading, listing meetings on Growth as “Unlimited (add-on).”
We read that from the page as it loaded on October 16; Wispr doesn't spell it out in words. If you're budgeting for a team, ask Wispr's sales team to confirm before you sign up.
What Growth adds over Pro: SSO with SAML, org-wide HIPAA enforcement with a signed BAA, more than one domain, admin control over whether your data trains Wispr's models, usage reports per person, and admin tools for members, departments and billing.
Free
For someone who dictates short replies, 2,000 words a week can be enough. Anyone who writes long emails or documents by voice will hit it much sooner.
Pro
Pro removes the word limit, keeps more meetings for longer, and adds what a small team needs: a shared dictionary and snippets, a team workspace, central billing and user management, usage dashboards and priority support. Wispr's FAQ says there's no minimum seat count and no upfront payment to invite teammates.
Prices are per user, so a team pays for each person. Five people on Pro billed yearly is 5 × $144 = $720 a year.
Enterprise
Enterprise is priced by sales and billed yearly. On top of Growth it lists free IT admin seats, model training locked off, SCIM provisioning, audit logs, managed deployment through MDM, domain capture, custom contracts, invoicing and purchase orders, and dedicated support with SLAs.
Discounts
Students and educators with an education email get 50% off Pro, which by our math makes it $7.50 a month, or $6 a month billed yearly. Non-profits get a discounted rate, but the page doesn't say how much. No free trial of Pro is listed on the page; the free plan is how you try it.
Over time
| One user | 1 year | 2 years | 3 years |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pro, billed monthly | $180 | $360 | $540 |
| Pro, billed yearly | $144 | $288 | $432 |
| Pro, student, yearly | $72 | $144 | $216 |
| Growth, billed yearly | $216 | $432 | $648 |
| Growth with unlimited Notetaker, yearly | $312 | $624 | $936 |
The math: $15 × 12 = $180. $12 × 12 = $144. Half of $144 is $72. $18 × 12 = $216. $26 × 12 = $312. Then times two and three. These are the US dollar prices the page showed us.
Managing it
Wispr's FAQ says you switch to Pro in the Flow app under Settings, Plan & Billing, or from the pricing page, with no commitment. You manage or cancel the subscription in the same place, Plan & Billing in the Flow desktop app, and its support portal helps if that fails.
Context
Wispr Flow Pro sits in the middle of the market. Superwhisper Pro is $8.49 a month, with a $249.99 lifetime license. Typeless Pro is $12 billed yearly but $30 billed monthly. Willow Voice Pro and Monologue Pro are $15, like Wispr. Several apps sell one-time licenses, from VoiceInk at $25.
Price isn't the only difference. Wispr transcribes in the cloud, always, so it needs a connection; the cheaper local apps don't. Our Wispr Flow alternatives, Wispr Flow vs Superwhisper and Apple Dictation vs Wispr Flow go into whether it's worth paying for.
Koi, briefly
Koi is a Mac app, and it costs more than Wispr Pro by the month: $20, or $192 a year, after a 3-day trial that needs a card. There's no free plan. What that buys is different: tap Fn + ⌥ and dictation runs on your Mac with Whisper, offline and unlimited, plus unlimited call recording on the Mac and an assistant that uses cloud AI. Lifetime is paid once, from $59 rising to $199, with limited credit for the assistant.
Where Wispr wins against Koi: a free plan, Windows, iPhone and Android, 100+ languages to Koi's 57, snippets, team plans, and a style per app. See Koi's pricing or apps you pay for once.
