One calendar on your Mac for every Google account, and Apple's
Koi's calendar for Mac: week or month, reminders in the dock, things added by voice, and Google Calendar from many accounts beside Apple Calendar and Reminders.

Morgen puts your calendars and your tasks in one place and helps you plan your day. It connects Google Calendar, Outlook and Microsoft 365, iCloud, Fastmail and CalDAV, and pulls in tasks from Notion, Todoist, Linear, ClickUp, Obsidian, Google Tasks, Microsoft To-Do and more, with no limit on connections. Its AI Planner blocks time for tasks, and you get a booking page and scheduling links.
Its pricing page lists $30 a month, or $15 a month billed yearly, for one person, and $25 or $10 a seat for teams of two or more. There's a 14-day trial with no card and a 30-day money-back guarantee, but no free plan. It runs on Windows, Mac, Linux, phones and, for individuals, the browser.
We make Koi, so read this with that in mind. Every fact about another app comes from its own site or App Store page, checked October 21, 2026. We didn't run tests.

The list
Best for: Your calendars and reminders on a Mac, managed by talking
Koi is a Mac app for dictation, recording calls and talking to an AI, with its own calendar one click from its dock. Connect Google Calendar from as many accounts as you have, and Apple Calendar and Apple Reminders through macOS. Reminders with a date show as tasks you tick off, and a meeting that's on two Google accounts shows once.
Instead of a planner, you ask. Tap Fn + ⌘ and say “what's due?” or “remind me to send the deck at four”, and Koi answers or adds it; it moves things and ticks them off too. Something Koi only thinks belongs on your calendar shows in the dock for you to add with a click. That's a call with Koi's AI, so it's online.
Where it loses: no time-blocking, no task apps beyond Reminders, no booking links, no Windows, Linux or phone. Its calendar comes with Koi, at $20 a month or $192 a year after a 3-day trial that needs a card, or Lifetime from $59 once.
Best for: Tasks and calendar in one inbox, if you'll pay for it
Akiflow collects tasks and syncs Google Calendar and Outlook, with desktop and mobile apps. Its one plan, Pro, is $34 a month, or $19 a month billed yearly ($228), after a 7-day trial that needs a card. It doesn't mention iCloud. It's the most direct swap for Morgen, and it costs more.
Best for: Free, with scheduling links and Notion tasks
Notion Calendar is free on Mac, Windows, iPhone and Android, and connects Google, Outlook and iCloud calendars. It shares scheduling links, shows your day across time zones, and puts Notion database items like deadlines beside your events, to drag around. If your tasks are in Notion, it covers a lot of Morgen for nothing. See our Notion Calendar alternatives.
Best for: Tasks and Todoist beside your events, on every Apple device
Fantastical has tasks of its own and works with Todoist, Google, Microsoft 365, Exchange, iCloud and CalDAV. Premium adds Openings for booking links and Proposals. Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Vision Pro and Windows. Free version; the Mac App Store lists Premium at $6.99 and $56.99. More in our Fantastical alternatives.
Best for: Speed and availability sharing for a packed schedule
Vimcal calls itself the world's fastest calendar, with shortcuts for everything and availability sharing. It syncs Google Calendar and Outlook, with desktop, web and iOS apps. Free is the iOS app only; iOS and Desktop is $35 a month, or $25 a month billed yearly.
Best for: Free, if you don't need planning
Free and built in, with iCloud, Google and CalDAV accounts through Calendar, Add Account, and synced to your iPhone. No task planning and no booking links, and Reminders stays a separate app. Google lists a few of its features that don't work there (Google's help).

How to
Changing your Google or Apple calendars by voice needs “Let Koi use my Mac for me” on; without it, what you ask for goes in Koi's own calendar. By voice, Koi moves a Google or Apple event but never deletes one. More on Koi's calendar.

Meetings
A few minutes before a meeting your documents say something about, Koi's dock offers Brief me: a short page on where things stood, what to remember and what to ask, from your own notes. When you record a call and say yes to notes, Koi offers the dates it agreed on, each ticked, for your calendar. And Fn + ⌥ gives you dictation in any app, offline, for the follow-up email.
Brief me sends the meeting's title, its people and the lines of your own pages about it to Koi's AI. It's a switch in Settings, under Koi. Calendar data itself goes only between your Mac and Google or Apple, never through our server.
